change rx2600 network interface settings

The rx2600 network interface (not the MP but the main system on) defaults to autonegotiate. Is it possible to change it to be fixed at say 10Mb half duplex? (in EFI or command menu or somewhere else).

The system runs the VMS operating system. I know how to change the settings from VMS.
