core i/o card 1 seems to fail in rx8620

Hi,

I have an Rx8620 complex connected to an hp server expansion unit. It consists of 4 cells/4partions. the core i/o card 1 doesn't appear active, only the MP power led is on.
How can I know wether core i/o card 1 is defective or not ?
What are the troubleshooting procedures to bring it back to a normal state ?
Also I realised that power could not be enabled on cell1.
Since partition0/cell0 is not a production server and is working perfectly, can I take out the core I/O card 0 and then use it to replace core i/o card 1 ?
If yes, then Advise on the correct procedures.

Regards,
Berag

Hi Beraq

You can not sure your core I/O is defective or not without HP support.

You should open a ticket for checking card.
They will request MP logs and/or /var/tombstones files.
