Re: efi boot file disappear
Are you referring to the boot manager? This is the menu driven display where you can choose your boot device.
Can you get to an EFI Shell> prompt? If so, issue a 'map -fs command'. Any fsx: entries refer to the EFI partition on the boot disk. You can also run 'bcfg boot dump' to see what the boot manager is configured as.
I guess more information is needed.

Re: efi boot file disappear
I've attached a good doc about the EFI shell that includes the command : EFI > bcfg boot dump'
If you have more than a couple of boot paths then I'd call HP for help.
Shell> bcfg boot dump
The boot option list is:
01. Acpi(HWP0002,100)/Pci(1|0)/Scsi(Pun0,Lun0)/HD(Part1,Sig3CD00000)/
\EFI\HPUX\HPUX.EFI "HP-UX Primary Boot: 0/1/1/0.0.0"
02. VenHw(D65A6B8C-71E5-4DF0-A909-F0D2992B5AA9) "EFI Shell [Built-in]"
