firmware update
I'm trying to install the firmware update release notice - v4.1 on a itanium rx7620. I was able to complete the pdhc installation, but I'm getting an error "Failed to burn FPGA CIO 1" when I try to install the matcio_2.10.0.osp. I'm getting ...
Ftp connection sucessful
Processing ...Done!
**** Failed to burn FPGA CIO 1 ****
Thanks,

Re: firmware update
From which version you are upgrading from?
What you see in MP -> CM -> SYSREV ?
Which FTP server you are using?
Verify the .osp file with its checksum.
Check for any error in MP -> SL
However, your best approch would be contact HP support.
