help! superdome 64b daily get event 100241 A Corrected Platform Error was reported crossbar

after replace the BPB (cabinet 1 bay1)

daily get two event log :

 I can not find which M-link cable or backupplane failed in the log detail

what can  I do?  why the log detail not have useful info ? How can i decode the failed part?

The Superdome B, or sx2000 Superdome, uses M-link cables to communicate across cabinets in a dual-cabinet configuration.  It is possible that when the BPB was replaced, one of these cables was jogged loose or just wiggled enough to cause a problem.   The M-link connections consist of 12 large cables that connect to each backplane.  Each connector has an ID.  I have attached a picture showing those connector locations and IDs.

First, I would review the MP event logs for more details and perhaps you can determine the connection ID's involved (perhaps not even related to the m-link connections).   if you can find something it may be worth trying to reseat those connections.  However, you will need to bring down and power off all of the partitions to do this :(  If you cant determine the connector ID, then just reseat all of them.
