how indent spare for bl860c server motherboard

we are unable to indent the spare for bl860c server motherboard. it is not accepting the spare part number through CSN. can any body help.

the part number is AD217-69201

AD217-69201 IS the correct partnumber.

don't forget to also order the processor toolkit A7231-67046 ...

by the way, what is CSN ?
