integrated Remote Console page error in RX8640 servers

Hi,

I has rx8640 A with a windows 2003 npar partition. When i try to connect to IRC form the ILO url the pages is blank whit a "x" in the left.
I change the security system to low in the IE 6 and 7 but the page is blank again.

In has rx8640 B with the same hardware tha A, When i try to connect to IRC form the ILO url there is a message "The Graphics Console is already in use on that partition"

I reset the two KVM.

I connect to the ILO with the MP ip address.


Why the two IRC connection of two server rx8640 (itanium) fails?
