rx 4640 show red light


I have a rx4640 which is blinking red on the system light. The OS is still running with out halting. I have checked the power supply and processor all seem to be okay. I am running HP-UX on this system.

Without reading all the entries - this is probably the the reason:

UX_CRASHDUMP_STARTED

from 17 May 2008 20:37:44.

You need to get this dump analyzed.

How do i analyze the log from the crash dump? wht tools do i use?I saw two dump file under the /var/adm/crash.

The crashdump itself? You don't, you pay to have HP do it.

If you have kwdb in /usr/contrib, you might be able to get a stack trace and compare it to some patch. Or you should just install the latest patch bundle:
