rx2600 - help resolving IO_HOT_PLUG_CTRL-FAILED
Within the last day or two I noticed I lost access to OpenVMS console via MP CO command. When I started looking around, I found this in the MP error logs. The system has 2 disks and no PCI options installed.
Can anybody help out in determining what is wrong?

Re: rx2600 - help resolving IO_HOT_PLUG_CTRL-FAILED
Your error log output is in default Keyword Mode. You might want to switch the log viewer to Text Mode: it might allow you to see more details in a form that is useable to mere mortals without secret HP decoder rings...
(Press '?' when viewing the logs to see the help on available keytrokes. With modern MP firmware versions, I think text mode can be switched on by simply pressing the 'T' key... but I seem to recall that some old MP firmwares required pressing some other key first to display the mode selection prompt.)

Re: rx2600 - help resolving IO_HOT_PLUG_CTRL-FAILED
Hi,
I could see possible issue with the Management Processor (MP) Card. It is hardware issue. My Suggestion would be logging a Hardware call with HP Solution Center.
Involving HP remote support /Onsite engineer will be more help ful in this.

Re: rx2600 - help resolving IO_HOT_PLUG_CTRL-FAILED
switching to text mode doesn't really give additional help, but here it is.
