rx2620 disk issue

I have a issue where I have 2 disk which were working in another rx2620. I put them in the new rx2620 and the show up but with no info. Meaning the are 146gb but show 0.0. In EFi they show as 0005error. Cannot Determine Disk Capacity. Any help would be great. I am windows admin working my way through hp-ux.

Re: rx2620 disk issue

A copy of the output would be better.

If still at EFI prompt, please run

> reconnect -r
> map -r
> info all

and post the output.

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: rx2620 disk issue

Thanks for the response. It seems the problem was that the disks were used with oracle ASM. I put them in a Dell server and did a low level format. Then put them back into the rx2620 and they work fine now.
