Hi,
I have a rx2620 with hpux 11.23 installed, i'm getting these errors in dmes/syslog:
SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400 SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400 SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400 SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400 SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400 SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400
but the sas logical disk 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3ed and its physicall disks all look ok:

SolutionI don't even know what controller do you have.
SA6402?
Worth to check firmware, but most suspect is the driver.
Here you should find something:
https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=RAID-01
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
