rx2629 sas error messages

Hi,

 

I have a rx2620 with hpux 11.23 installed, i'm getting these errors in dmes/syslog:

 

SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400
SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400
SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400
SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400
SAS driver at 0/1/1/0 (/dev/sasd0) : TM (0x00000002) to SAS address 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3e (dev_t 0x1f020002) failed with CDB status 0x00000400

but the sas logical disk 0x01e8f21ee06f4d3ed and its physicall disks all look ok:

And all io transactions to the disk are working ok.

I also have the event:

/adapters/events/sas_adapter/0_1_1_0 is >= 1.
Its current value is CRITICAL(5).

 with CDB status 0x00000400


Probable Cause / Recommended Action:

 Task Management function to SAS port failed.
 Please check the following:
 1) Verify that the device is powered on and is accepting other commands.
 2) If the device is accepting other commands, check device internal logs.

Any idea is this is is a physicall problem or driver/firmware problem?.

I don't even know what controller do you have.

 

SA6402?

 

Worth to check firmware, but most suspect is the driver.

Updated driver and firmware, the errors have gone
