rx2660 EFI & SYS Firmware not updated.

rx2660 EFI & SYS Firmware not updated.

Hi Everybody,

 

When i try to update the latest firmware for rx2660 it has not updated. Because the server is not responding, while install firmware.

 

I left 3 hours without any distrub that machine.  The firmware is not updated for EFI and System Fw. What could be the issue.

 

Please sugges  me how to resolve the issue.

This doesn't look good.

What the status now?

Maybe you have a corrupted package (during download) or even wrong firmware (office friendly server?)?

Please contact HP Call center as this case need to intervention from Hardware side.
