rx5670 using vga/usb card

We just got a new rx5670 server with vga/usb card and MP card. When booting the machine it runs in remote mode and we do not get any signal on the vga output.
I configured the MP to access it via lan and configured the OS (HP-UX 11.23) to access the machine vie rlogin/telnet.
But I still could not find out how to diable the remote mode and enable the vga/usb card.
