rx6600 hpux 11.31i after panic does not boot

Hello,
My rx6600 server (hpux 11.31i) does not boot up, looks like the boot process is not working?
The server went suddenly down after power unit failures. It got a panic. It is powered on now, the MP works, VFP says 'system booting' but no change after that. The MP console does not show anything. The event log shows BOOT_IVT_OFFSET.

Any thoughts how I can get this working?

Hi, 

Possibly the system has hardware fault and it would have did the Machine check, the system is not booting now and viewing MP System Logs will give more insights of the issue.

Hi, I involved our hardware support supplier.
MP logs point to CPU board and/or memory board.
