I'm having a pickle of a time configing this card with a rx7620. When it's running through the selftests it's not seeing the card. I'm not offered the ORCA config. So I boot of a UX install dvd (v2,v3 doesn't matter) and I can see the card in the io list but when running a shell I can't load the files to config the card. I'm sure it's a little detail I'm missing but it's been a few days and I'm chasing my tail.
system config if it matters:
rx7620 - 2 1.5ghz procs, 4gb mem per cell. The system has two partitions. The smart array card is located in slot 7 of cage 1 (part 0) and I have it cabled correctly to the drives. The other partition has the card in slot 8 of cage 0 (part 1).
Thanks in advance for any help.

Solution
I'm quite sure the 11.31 and 11.23 recovery shell does not have the saconfig files, only the 11.11 has. (kind of useless with your machine).
However, do you see the card if you do from EFI shell:
Shell> reconnect -r
Shell> search all
Shell> devices
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
