rx8640 Ultra3 disk rate drop to 160MB/s

Because the bad SCSI cable , rx8640 disk rate drop to 160MB; but after replace the bad SCSI cable ,the disk rate still is 160MB/s.

How can I do to chang the disk rate back to 320MB/s ?1.PNG
