/usr and /var file system got corrupted in hp-ux 11.31

Hi Team,

Server Model is Hp Integrity rx 7640 with 4 vpars ( virtual partition).

/usr and /var file systems are got corrupted, due to this error the server in not able boot. I ran below commands in single user mode.. please find below commands which I have executed.

login to Console :

# vparboot -p solman -o "is"

# fsck -F vxfs /dev/vg00/rlvol7

#fsck -F vxfs /dev/vg00/rlvol8

fsck -F vxfs -o full /dev/vg00/rlvol7

fsck -F vxfs -o full,nolog /dev/vg00/rlvol7

fsck -F vxfs -o full -y /dev/vg00/rlvol7

I am getteing below while executing above commands,

UX:vxfs fsck: ERROR: V-3-26117: bc_read failure devid=0, b no 3088, off=0, con =131072

please give support how to proceed further to restore the file systems.

Hi Team,

How to create /usr and /var file system and what is the procedure for restore data in /usr and /var file system.

present the server is not booted , how to proceed further, Please help on this issue, please tell the steps.
