Hi,

do you have LUN 0? There should be at least one LUN as a command device.

Maybe someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Nice picture!

It's not clear: Did you delete the LUNs?

You'll need a LUN 0 configured, without the server can't find the array. Connect a laptop to the serial port and create a LUN 0 ~20MByte.
Check if there is secure manager on the VA configured or WWN-zoning on the switch. These things may prevent the detection of the array.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Re: va7410 & windows2003(IA64)

You can download the latest Commandview SDM software from here:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?locale=en_US&pnameOID=30591&taskId=135&prodTypeId=18964&prodSeriesId=64112тМй=en&cc=us

Select version 1.09.01!

At least in the windows package there is a documentation.

Regarding LUN 0:

...
Many operating systems rely on the presence of LUN 0 to establish a
communication path to all LUNs on the array. Consequently, it is
recommended that the array always have LUN 0 present.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.
