web access console enable but not starting from IE

Hello,

We have 2 rx4640 with a network cable plugged in the MPLAN.
In the past we have configured the MP lan to be accessed from the web.

Everything was working fine until a few days.
On one server, we can not start anymore the web interface.
We have checked the settings through a telnet session and the 'LC' and 'SA' command from 'CM' menu.

Has onyone any suggestion for some settings to be checked or some actions to be performed ?

I would expect/assume the MP Lan subnet would be secured at network level. With this, there might a possiblilty the Web console port is blocked at firewall/proxy level or so. The port number you can see in MP -> CM -> LC
Check with the network admin if this is the case.

When you try to access the MP Web GUI through IE, do you see any error ?

After some subjects on the same matter on the web, I reset the MP. After that it works fine.
