Does anybody know what I can do get out off this list so that a mail from my company is not recognised as phishing

Most likely the emails are not being recognized as being good, and are therefore assumed to be bad.

I would bet you're going to need to contact Cyota Inc., Internet Identity and MarkMonitor, and jump through whatever hoops they require to remove you from their lists. See:
