that worked....  thank you... running regsvr32 inetcomm.dll from start -run

Thanks for the information. I have been going nuts for two days trying to fix this problem. I get this problem when a company was trying to fix another problem.. could have been caused by a virus or his tampering. Your recomendation below worked.

Start, then Run:

regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
