1 to 1 NAT

I have a 3CRWDR101A router and was wondering if it's possible to add 2 LAN IP's to 1 WAN IP

One is a Xbox 360 and the other is a TIVO device, with 1 to 1 NAT opened on these devices do I still need to open other ports in the virtual servers?

Just that with these 2 devices I need to open more than 20 ports and the unit only allows for 20
