3CRWDR101A-75 : ATM parameter PCR ?

Hello,

on the 3COM ADSL router model 3CRWDR101A-75 , OfficeConnect ADSL Wireless 54 Mbps 11g Firewall Router, I can't find on the users manual any explanation and units for PCR  (peak cell rate) , SCR  and MBS   ATM parameters.

Current operator ADSL upload speed is 320kbps, and mode is UBR.

Which value shoud be set ? 

On other ADSL routers  brands, there is a special value meaning "use line rate", in general this value is 0, or an option to not enable PCR limit (e.g. "UBR without PCR). Is there such possibility on this router?

On the users manual, it is stated that "This information should be provided to you by your ISP", but I would need at least to know units (bps? cells per second? kilobits per second?), and meanings, because my ISP is not currently distributing this model.
