3CRWDR101A-75 QoS doesn't work
If I enable QoS on my 3CRWDR101A-75 (ADSL Wireless 11.g Router), version 1.12.01.A, WAN network traffic grinds to a halt.
In my setup, I have only 1 PVC, which looks like:
VPI/VCI: 0/32
Encapsulation: LLC
Protocol: PPPoE
It doesn't matter how I assign traffic priorities. In all cases, network traffic still flows, but extremely slowly. The moment I disable QoS, traffic immediately runs at link speed:
Up Stream 896 (Kbps.) Down Stream 7168 (Kbps.)
The support system wouldn't let me file a bug report. Is there any hope of a bug fix for this?
I would expect QoS to allow me to assign which PVC traffic goes to. For multiple traffic classes going to the same PVC, I would expect it to allow me to prioritize. For the case of only 1 PVC, none of this works correctly. I cannot say if it would work with more then 1 PVC, since I don't have a DSL connection like that.
