3CRWER100-75 unstable Internet

 

Hi
I have two 3CRWER100-75 and with both I have the same issue after updating to the latest firmware.
I have tested boht with 1.3.14ww and 1.3.06ww.
Issue is it seems to constantly refresh the IP, so internet connection is lost for about 30 seconds contsantly.
Connecting a computer directly to the modem works fine, so is not an ISP.
When I look at the DHCP Client log I see it constantly does a "Get Wan IP Address ". IP is always the same. 
I tried making IP static but then connection is still lost lost and stays down.
