3c rwer100-75 fail after update

I have updated my 3CRWER100-75 router using 3com.com software and folowing the instruction in the update . After update and reset to factory settings i can`t contact anymore the router`s interface, even using the recovery console. i also lost the router`s cd and i need a detection tool or another solution HELP!

Hello, please try the following:



hold and press the reset button for longer than 30 seconds and let the hard reset finish



in the meantime you need to change your ip setup to a fixed iP 192.168.1.2 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0



try to reconnect to the webUI, you should have the possibility to re-uupload the latest firmware from our website

I did what u told me and it didn`t looked lke it did any hard reset, more, now it doesn`t reset anymore after 5 seconds, i have to unplug the power cable to do a reset.

I did the following : used the 192.168.1.2 ip on computer. 255.255.255.0 subnet mask - nuthing, restart pc router : nuthing, cand acces the router in browser at http://192.168.1.1 even after pressing the reset more then 30 seconds 2 times - tho it didn`t made any reset.

Also i used auto ip and reseted the router via power cable, restar computer - nuthing.

The i tryied both above using gateway 198.162.1.1 and nuthing...
