What's about the other LACP Trunk's end?
I mean the other HP 3400cl-48G (J4906A) switch your Port Trunk is connected to...can you check its LACP and involved ports statuses too via CLI with the show lacp and show interfaces commands?
What Fault, Test and Port LEDs report on both switches for all LACP involved ports?
Ports' Mode Settings were left (show interface config) to default (Auto) or what?
Can you provide the exact output of the show lacp command once executed on both ends?
Keep in mind that a blocked port member of a LACP aggregated group means basically that "Spanning tree has blocked the port. (The port is not in LACP Standby mode) This may be due to a (brief) trunk negotiation or a configuration error such as differing port speeds on the same link or trying to connect the switch to more trunks than it can support."
Have you checked about Duplex Mismatches eventually (Full Duplex is mandatory with LACP)?
Is the patch cable you moved (Cat.5E/Cat.6) certified?
What firmware versions your switches are actually running (the latest M.10.104 was released on November 2015)?

Well, it's not mandatory (nor there is a written rule about that) to link port by port between two LAGs in a sequential way as:
Switch A Trunk 2 | Port 27 <----> Port 45 | Trunk 1 Switch B
Switch A Trunk 2 | Port 28 <----> Port 46 | Trunk 1 Switch B
Switch A Trunk 2 | Port 29 <----> Port 47 | Trunk 1 Switch B
Switch A Trunk 2 | Port 30 <----> Port 48 | Trunk 1 Switch B
but, doing the cabling that way, troubleshooting LAGs issue could be a little bit more easy especially when you are not sure 100% about cabling quality and end-to-end connection's paths.
Said so...you wrote the issue follows the port...as far as I can understand that means that if you exchange a cable within one LAG with another one (either on the LAG on Switch A or on the LAG on Switch B) the issue follows your move...so the problem should be the cable, not the port.
Or did you mean that the issue is, no matter how you move the LAGs patching cables, always on Port 29 of Switch A and Port 48 on Switch B?
Have you double checked the cabling? Are your Switch firmwares up to date? Did you tried - if that is possible - to reset LAGs/Port Trunking for Trunk 2 (Switch A) and Trunk 1 (Switch B) and recreate them ex-novo from scratch (connecting cables one by one after LAGs are defined, so you can diagnose each physical link during its setup <-- optionally resetting/clearing ports diagonstic counters would help to see what is happening since beginning of the new LACP Trunk first operation).
Are you 100% sure that Ports 27, 28, 29 and 30 of Switch A are directly connected (straight to) to Ports 45, 46, 47 and 48 of Switch B (eventually also connected in a different order as it seems to be now)?
