Alert Led in 3CRWE554G72T Router

hello all!



i have a problem with my router model 3CRWE554G72T , the alert led showing when i'm plug it to power source

i try to config LAN card ip manually to enter setting menu but i can't (not reply ping from 192.168.1.1), i try to make hard rest connect UTP cable cross WAN to LAN port without success. the led not gone , can i make something ?
