HP 5406 zl Switch Not Delivering PoE to Module but No PoE fault LED light

Hello,

Please is it possible for a switch module to have a PoE fault that is not indicated by the PoE LED fault indicator?

I have a 5406 zl switch and suddenly discovered a VoIP phone was not working. I changed the port it was connected to still on that module and it did not come up. However, testing with another module on the same switch worked. The switch did not indicate on the PoE LED fault light a PoE fault. I would love your contributions on this.

Hi, does diagnostic (show ...) report anything?
