HP Procurve E3800 Vlan Routing

Good day,

I have 4 HP Procurve E3800 switches stacked and I am attempting to configure vlans.  I am running into some issues with the routing between vlans. Default VLAN 192.168.4.204  VLAN 20 IP address 192.168.20.1 VLAN 60 192.168.60.1.

Currently have vlan 20 IP PC's with one pc ip 192.168.60.200, another vlan 60 ID printers ip 192.168.60.200.   on the pc i can ping the ip of the vlan of 192.168.60.1 but am unable to ping the printer configured in vlan 60.
