How Do I block IP range from my Web Server?

I have an OfficeConnect 3CRWER100-75. I run a small web server and FTP server for my business. I have found that certain entire ranges of IP addresses have persistant intruders attempting to take advantage. In my old firewall, I can block these outsiders. How can I do it on this new unit? I've listed my rules below:

Deny Block Mailer *,1.0.0.1-1.255.255.254 *,1.0.0.1-1.255.255.254 *,25

Deny port113 *,1.0.0.1-1.255.255.254 *,1.0.0.1-1.255.255.254 *,113

Deny China *,222.0.0.1-222.255.255.254 *,192.168.2.1-192.168.2.254 *,1-9999

Deny Deny ICMP Ping WAN,* LAN,192.168.2.1 ICMP,8

Deny Block China range *,218.0.0.1-218.255.255.254 *,192.168.2.1-192.168.2.254 *,1-9999

Deny Deny China Block *,58.0.0.1-61.255.255.254 *,192.168.2.1-192.168.2.254 *,1-9999

Deny Deny SA Block *,200.0.0.1-200.255.255.254 *,192.168.2.1-192.168.2.254 *,1-9999

Deny Deny Asia Block *,210.0.0.1-210.255.255.254 *,192.168.2.1-192.168.2.254 *,1-1999

Deny Deny Asia Block *,211.0.0.1-211.255.255.254 *,192.168.2.1-192.168.2.254 *,1-9999

Deny Deny Asia Block *,219.0.0.1-221.255.255.254 *,192.168.2.1-192.168.2.254 *,1-9999

Don't fix what works.
