IGMP configuration for Deployment Services (WDS)
Hi All.
I woould like some assistance in setting up IGMP snooping and anything else in general to optimise the transfer of large 30-60GB images over the network. Which mode should i use ? Sparse , Sparse-dence etc ?. If anyone else has any recommendation around multicasting and improving network please suggest that as well. I have heard Jumbo Frames also helps but i am unsure about it around windows Deployment Services..
My switch configuration is 5400ZL in core and 2x 2810 in the edge. Obviosly the imaging runns of its own vlan connected only to one imaging server (WDS server)
