Instable connection HP NC523SFP 10Gb Adapter

Hi, I have installed the HP NC523SFP 10Gb 2Port Adapter in my PC. The openSuSE 12.2 (which is not an Enterprise Version) recognised the Adapter and the connection works very well for a minute. Then the pipe breaks and I have to reboot the network or the whole system. It seems that I have an instable link to another PC.

 

Do I have to install an SuSE Enterprise Version and/or the HP-Driver for this Adapter?
