Multiple VLAN's on OfficeConnect 1920s vs. OfficeConnect 1820s

I have 2 different offices where I am trying to do the same setup

In the first office, I have a Sophos XG Router > OfficeConnect 1820S > Ubiquiti UniFi WAP

In the second office, I have Sohpos XG Router > OfficeConnect 1920S > Ubiquity UniFi WAP

On both networks, the Sophos Router is doing DHCP, and the UniFi AP's broadcast multiple networks on different VLAN's.

On the OfficeConnect 1820S, I have tagged the VLAN on the ports connecting the Sophos and UniFi. Everything is working fine

On the OfficeConnect 1920S, I cannot get the VLAN to work at all.

There is an obvious difference in the VLAN setup

1820S has only 1 option, Tagged or Untagged

1920S has 2 options: Member: Include or Exclude & VLAN: Tagged or Untagged

I have tried every combination of include/exclude & tagged/untagged I can on the 1920S, but the VLAN traffic just does not flow through

Can anyone offer some assistance?

Re: Multiple VLAN's on OfficeConnect 1920s vs. OfficeConnect 1820s

Doesn't the Include / Exclude simply means be Untagged/Tagged "member of" / "not member of" the specified VLAN id?

So if I want a port to be - say - Untagged member of VLAN id 5 I need to configure it as Include Untagged on VLAN id 5 and if I want a port to be - say - Tagged member of VLAN id 23 I need to configure it as Include Tagged on VLAN id 23.

I must check on my HPE OfficeConnect 1920S...but I guess I did that way time ago.
