NCU 10.70.0.0 in SPP 2013.02 ARP Issues
After installing SPP 2013.02 on Windows 2008 R2 (HP DL380 G5), in HP NCU Teams with multiple VLANs defined, the VLAN specified as the "Default/Native VLAN Id" in NCU will not keep ARP cache. ARP seemingly time out immediately, causing communication issues (such as ping failing on first attempt). The behavior will follow to another VLAN if changed as the Default. All VLANs are tagged in the HP switches, and the option to tag the Default/Native VLAN is checked/enabled. A work-around is to create an unused vlan, set it as the Default/Native, and then it can be disabled in Windows, as VLANs not specified as the Default/Native keep the ARP cache.

Re: NCU 10.70.0.0 in SPP 2013.02 ARP Issues
Downgrading NCU back to 10.65.0.0 and the VLAN issue goes away, all VLANs wilL PING on first attempt, and ARP cache just fine.
