OfficeConnect Vpn Fw - L2TP

I have this problem when i connect with this firewall by vpn l2tp he give me always this error: "VPN Error 766 - A certificate could not be found". I ' ve tried on many pc (vista/7/xp), he give me the sam error, only one with a client ipsec insalle dwork correctly. Any advice for have this certificate??
