Procurve 2530-48G DHCP Filtering

Hello,

We have a class C public network that is firewalled, connected to and controlled by a class B public network of the university.  The university network has an active DHCP server providing IP to our network, even though we have a separate DHCP server for our own network.  We are using Procurve 2530-48G switches.

Is it possible to configure our switches to filter DHCP traffic to and from the University server so that only our DHCP server can be the sole IP provider?  If so, what should I do to filter it?

Thanks in advance.
