enable 108Mbps on officeconnect router?

How do i enable the maximum throughput of 108Mbps on my router 3CRWER200-75 officeconnect cable/DSL router? I have upgrade the firmware, and the maximum rate is 54Mbps with the rate set to Auto.



Please advise. thanks.
