hpe 5900af
Hi all. I have tried unsuccessfully to create a vlan that I can ping ... I kept the default vLan.. gave it am address and default ip route .. named it .. then created a second vlan 100 ... gave it an ip address ... made a trunk port in vlan 1 .. I cannot ping the vlan interface on vlan default or ping from vlan default to 100 ... default vLan gets internet but 100 does not. I am still failing to get it .. where am I going wrong?

Re: hpe 5900af
We would have to know what the VLAN interface IP addressing is, as well as the IP addressing of the devices that are trying to ping each other - especially what their gateway addresses are.
