slow internet when connecting 2 switches HP through trunk

Hello, 

I have 2 switches one for end users HP 1920-24G and one for servers 2920-24G. a trunk is made between them.
there is a trunk between them for vlan routing.
when one of the users is going to the internet through 1920 the internet download slows down to the half while the upload is normal.
if i put this user on the core switch then full internet bandwidth he will get.
it seems there is something missing in the configuration of trunks. anyone for help.
N.B: intranet file transfer is working perfectly

Hi 

What is the bandwidth of the trunk link (uplink), you may consider adding addition link(s) to the trunk. Also check if there are any interface errors on the uplink interfaces.
