CPU shows yellow color on STM

When i run STM on one of our rp7400 server, running on OS Hp-ux 11.0, I see on of the processor shown in yellow color. The status on that processor was shown as Information Killed.

However, i see that the processor is working fine. I checked it using top.

Could you please let me know what the yellow color here indicates.

Hi,

I think the information died on the cpu. When you start stm, it tries to do a info on the cpu / memory etc. and for some reason the info failed on the cpu.

You can however do that once again manually.

What do you mean by doing manually.? could you be more brief about it.

Also, i had checked several times starting the stm and everytime it shows the same. Can i run diagnostics on this device online?

Manually tell STM to collect info on CPU and see if that changes it.

I can't remeber the exact procedure.

Right click and select information I think.

Thanks, It worked after running information manually it turned to green. Can anyone please explain what exactly happened.
