Re: Can vgmodify be used in order to add bigger disk to VG?
Hi, I was able to install the patches an use the vgmodify command. All I could do with it was change the max_pv of the volume group. When I tried to increase the max physical extents the system returned a message to use -n option, but I still could'nt use that option. It only works if the first PE is not in use or 0. I had to recreate the volume group with the new 146gb and restore from a backup. I tried it with 11.23. Maybe it works with 11.31. Thank for the assistances. Points for everyone!!!
