Since most of LUN created by their storage device, you need to check on the storage device itself.
It will be more help if you specified the model of your storage device.

armdsp -a "array alias"
On XP, xpinfo should give you that. On EMC, syminq shold give you required information.

Please follow this command.
ioscan -fnC disk
This will show all the disk connected to the machine.Local disk will be of different pattern and if any san or nas connected,disk will be shown in different pattern.

These are the steps:
1. Find out the ID of Disk Array.
# /opt/hparray/bin/arraydsp -i
Arrays known to the ARMServer:
Array with S/N: 0000000E97E9
Where 0000000E97E9 is the Array ID.
2. You can see the LUN and all array details using command
# /opt/hparray/bin/arraydsp -a 0000000E97E9
You can also use cmd armdsp instead of arraydsp.
