File System Creation from Server Internal Disc

Dear HP-UX Gurus,
We've formatted and upgraded our server to HPUX 11.23i.
All the disc are internal discs as attached. how can i create the file system (60GB) from these internal disc. the confusing that i have, we have created vg00 and vg01 from these internal discs, how can i ensure i not formatted the wrong disc. would be truly grateful and appreciate if you could provide steps. will promise to give good points for your awaiting reply.
