Re: How to check CFS licences on HP-UX 11i V2 cluster environment
from
http://alturl.com/3aqfb
which is "HP Serviceguard Storage Management Suite Version A.01.00 Release Notes"
The HP Serviceguard Cluster File System is an integrated product bundle that includes
Serviceguard high availability clustering with Symantecâ s VERITAS Volume Manager (VxVM)
and File System (VxFS, also known as JFS) plus the VERITAS Cluster File System and VERITAS
Cluster Volume Manager for concurrent data access from multiple servers. This bundle can also
be ordered in combination with the MCOE as T2795BA. The individual components of this bundle
include:
â ¢ HP Serviceguard version A.11.17
â ¢ HP Serviceguard Manager version A.05.00
â ¢ HP Cluster Object Manager (COM) version B.04.00
â ¢ HP Enterprise Cluster Master Toolkit version B.03.00
â ¢ VERITAS File System version 4.1 (also known as OnlineJFS)
â ¢ VERITAS Volume Manager version 4.1
â ¢ VERITAS VEA GUI
â ¢ VERITAS Cluster File System
â ¢ VERITAS Cluster Volume Manager
â ¢ Quality of Storage Service (QoSS)
â ¢ Instant Volume snapshots
â ¢ Storage CheckPoints
â ¢ Disk Group Split and Join (FlashSnap)
â ¢ Fast Mirror Resync
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you have the product T2775BA installed it is 99% licensed. Otherwise, if you suspect that you don't have any valid licenses, you should speak to your local HP sales rep.
OR:
look in /var/adm/sw/.codewords , maybe you find there something ;)
Regards,
Viktor
