IRMD[Severe]: Adapter 0/12/0/1 PDrv 0:0 at startup is in FAILED State...
Hi, We have an inconveniant with IRMD when we diagnosing two (2) rp5470 L3000 HP 9000 servers(HPUX 11i V1):
each one are attached to DS2300 (4 disks 36GB online) ==>DB active and running well!
- this message appears on the first server when we tested via irm tool and we rebooted the system!
- we have done an IGNITE successufly too!
- we get mail message system on the first server:
IRMD[Severe]: Adapter 0/12/0/1 PDrv 0:0 at startup is in FAILED State...
the first server appears with ioscan as bellow:

so ,how we can joined this paths drive on the first server without clearing the active data base!?
