We are getting ├в LVM: VG 64 0x000000: PVLink 31 0x020000 Failed! The PV is not accessible├в error message in syslog.log file. Also ├в dmesg├в command output shows error. I have attached necessary ├в syslog.log├в file & ├в dmesg├в command output with this mail.
Thanks,
M.Hassan

Re: LVM VG 64 0x000000: PVLink 31 0x020000 Failed! The PV is not accessible
ls -lrt|grep 0x2000
this would return a disk device
diskinfo /dev/rdsk/device_retured
ioscan -fn /dev/rdsk/device_returned
it would tell whether disk is failed or not.
You may have to replace the disk.

Kindly also attach the output of ll /dev/vg*/*|grep 0x020000.It will show to which vg the disk belong to.

Your vg00 using 2 pv as follow as:

Autoswitch On
Proactive Polling On
PV Name /dev/dsk/c2t0d0
