Which all RAID is support in VxVM and which are not ?

I assume VXVM does the same.
At least in previous releases VxVM was able to do RAID5, but this has worst performance.

Adding to the olympian's comments, striping, mirroring and "striped logical volumes that can be mirrored" and not the other way around can be done using LVM. And VxVM does support RAID5 and also supports a concept of "dynamic relayout support" which means that the format can be changed from RAID5 to mirrored which is a feature not available in LVM v1. Remember these RAID levels are again I will say at the LV level and at the end of the day based on "extents".

Note, that LVM mirroring and striped/mirror requires additional license MirrorDisk/UX.
VxVM requires VxVM Full license for RAID-ed volumes.
