LVM error message
Hi,
I have received some message but no idea what's wrong with this.
Jul 6 12:34:07 myhost vmunix: LVM: Recovered Path (device 0x1f012000) to PV 0 in VG 0.

This is a rather good indication that /dev/dsk/c1t2d0 is failing. If all the LVOL's which reside on this disk are not mirrored then you would be wise to get a good backup very soon. Since this is vg00 (and if not mirrored) now would be a very good time to do a make_tape_recovery; do not shutdown before doing this because there is a fairly high probability that this disk will not become active if powered off.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

While a bad disk will cause this, another cause would be a broken fiber optic cable or a bad fibre channel card. What has changed lately? Have you (or someone else) been working around the back of the mahcine?

Hi,
It seems that disk at path /dev/c1t2d0 has some issues and its recommended to replace at the earliest...
Above message confirms that the disk had gone offline and has come back.
